Welcome to majestic Beijing! Upon arrival, your driver will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name on it. You will then be transferred to your hotel located in the historic center of Beijing, where you can settle in and begin your exploration of this vibrant city at your leisure.
Meals Included: Lunch Start your day with a visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the most well-preserved sections of this world-famous landmark. The Great Wall, an ancient military defense project, is a national symbol of China and a must-visit for any traveler. After lunch, explore the Sacred Road of the Ming Tombs, lined with stone statues and steeped in history. On your way back to downtown Beijing, enjoy a brief exterior view of the Olympic Stadiums—Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Optional Dinner: Peking Roasted Duck
Meals Included: Lunch Begin your day with a visit to Tian’anmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and a site of great historical significance. From there, explore the Forbidden City, a vast imperial palace complex with over 600 years of history. Your visit will include key spots like the Hall of Supreme Harmony, Meridian Gate, and the Imperial Garden. This year, we've added Jingshan Park to the itinerary, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Forbidden City from the top of the hill. After a traditional Chinese lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, a stunning complex where emperors once prayed for good harvests. In the evening, enjoy a cultural show—choose from Peking Opera, an Acrobatic Show, or a Kung Fu performance. <span> Evening Activities (Choose One) </span>:
Meals Included: Chinese Dumpling Lunch Begin your day with a visit to the Panda House at Beijing Zoo to see the adorable giant pandas. Next, take a rickshaw tour through the old Hutongs near Shichahai Scenic Area, where you’ll explore traditional Chinese quadrangles and get a glimpse of local life. A small tip for your rickshaw driver is recommended (CNY 20/USD 3 per rickshaw). Enjoy a Chinese dumpling lunch at a selected restaurant before heading to the Summer Palace, the largest and best-preserved royal garden in China. The scenic spots include the Hall of Benevolence and Longevity, Kunming Lake, and the Long Corridor, among others. After the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel.
Your time in Beijing concludes today. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time before your driver transfers you to the airport for your departure.
